PCI, RSI & Neighbor Audit with Google Earth Map
Audit LTE / 5G NR PCI collisions, mod 3 conflicts, RSI reuse and neighbor relations, get conflict-free PCI proposals and a KML map.
Open the tool → See all toolsLoad a cell table exported from NetAct, U2020, a CIQ or any planning sheet. The tool detects the columns automatically, audits every frequency layer and proposes new PCIs that are re-checked before you see them. Add a neighbor list to catch one-way and missing relations and PCI confusion.
What it does
- PCI collisions within a configurable reuse radius, per frequency layer
- Same PCI mod 3 inside a site and between nearby facing cells, mod 30 (LTE DMRS)
- Duplicate RSI (PRACH root sequence), out-of-range PCI, swapped or invalid coordinates, duplicate cells
- Neighbor audit: one-way, missing co-site / nearby relations, too-far, self and duplicate relations, PCI confusion
- Conflict-free PCI proposals (different mod 3 from co-site cells, no 2-hop confusion), verified automatically
- Google Earth KML: sectors colored by PCI mod 3, red lines for conflicts, yellow lines for neighbor issues; Excel report

FAQ
Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. Files are processed in your browser (or by the optional helper app on your own computer). Nothing is stored on our servers.
Do I need to install anything?
No – it is a web app. You can optionally install it as a desktop app from the browser. A small helper app is only needed for tools that must reach your network (ping, port check, auto login).
